Open and secure the service center at the start and end of shifts, managing daily bank deposits and safeguarding cash and the store safe per established protocols. Oversee oil changes, fluid checks, and filter replacements while maintaining inventory of supplies and reporting needs to the Center Manager. Lead the team during daily operations to ensure workflow efficiency, uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards, and provide outstanding customer service to resolve basic issues. Train and mentor new employees, report anomalies to management, and escalate unresolved safety or security matters as necessary. Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
