Unlock and secure the service center at shift start and end, managing daily bank deposits and cash drawer safety when the Center Manager is absent. Perform and oversee oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, and minor vehicle services while maintaining inventory and reporting supply needs. Lead the team during daily operations to ensure workflow efficiency, uphold health and cleanliness standards, and provide customer service to resolve basic issues. Train and mentor new employees while reporting anomalies or escalating unresolved safety, security, or behavioral matters to district leadership. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
