Open and secure the service center at shift start and end, managing daily deposits to the bank and safeguarding cash from the register and store safe. Oversee oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, and minor vehicle services while maintaining inventory of supplies and reporting needs. Lead the team during daily operations to ensure workflow efficiency, uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards, and provide outstanding customer service to resolve basic issues. Train and mentor new employees, report anomalies to management, and escalate unresolved safety, security, or behavioral matters as necessary. Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining high integrity and attention to detail.
