Unlock and secure the location at the beginning and end of shifts while overseeing oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, and other minor vehicle services. Manage daily deposits to the bank, secure the location safe, and ensure cash safety from the register drawer in accordance with established protocols. Assist in leading the team during daily operations, maintain inventory of supplies, and report needs to the Center Manager. Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards in service bays and customer areas, providing outstanding customer service and resolving basic issues or complaints. Train and mentor new employees while reporting anomalies or escalating unresolved safety, security, or behavioral matters to the District Manager as necessary.
