Job Summary
Key Holder and Lube Technician role at Quick Oil Change: open/close the service center, support daily operations, oversee oil changes, fluid checks, and minor vehicle services, manage deposits and store security in the absence of the Center Manager, train and mentor new employees, ensure health, safety, and cleanliness standards, provide outstanding customer service, and escalate safety or operational issues to leadership as needed. Requires dependable, detail-oriented individuals with basic automotive knowledge, strong communication skills, ability to lead during daily operations, and availability including weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a service or retail environment
- automotive experience is a plus
- Strong work ethic, dependability, high integrity and attention to detail
- Basic mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn
- Ability to manage time and multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Must pass company background check
- Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license
