Job Summary
Unlock and secure the location at the beginning and end of shifts, while overseeing oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, and other minor vehicle services. Manage daily deposits to the bank, secure the safe, and maintain inventory of supplies. Assist in leading the team during operations, uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards, and provide outstanding customer service to resolve basic issues or complaints. Report anomalies and escalate unresolved safety, security, or behavioral matters to the Center Manager or District Manager as necessary. Train and mentor new employees while ensuring compliance with company policies. Must pass a background check, hold a valid driver's license, and be at least 18 years old.
