Job Summary
Provide services to customers following procedures for Signature Service and ancillary tasks including draining oil, replacing filters, checking fluids, and entering initial service requests. Assist customers with preventive maintenance decisions, make recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines, and complete sales transactions. Clean the facility, comply with OSHA and EPA standards, and follow all policies outlined in the Employee Handbook. Be available to work temporarily at nearby locations as needed. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer service experience
- Basic computer skills
- Cash handling experience
