Lube Technician I

Job Summary
Perform lubrication tasks, inspections, and basic condition monitoring to help ensure equipment reliability. Responsibilities include operating basic support equipment (overhead cranes, forklifts), draining oils and changing filters, greasing and oil top-ups on motors, pumps, bearings, and gearboxes, assisting with lubrication routes, identifying problems with magnetic plugs, reporting leaks or abnormal conditions, assisting with oil sampling, performing minor mechanical repairs, executing work orders and recording findings in JD Edwards, and adhering to lubricant storage and handling practices. Requires good communication, teamwork, safety and environmental compliance, and a valid driver’s license. 0–2 years of maintenance or related experience preferred; must be able to meet Authorized User requirements for High Risk Activities. Knowledgeable in basic lubrication practices and able to work independently with strong organizational and writing skills.
Required Qualifications

- Basic mechanical skills
- Possession of a valid driver’s license
- Ability to meet Authorized User requirements for High Risk Activities (e.g., Fall Protection, Confined Space) as required by job duties
