Job Summary
Perform all lubrication services accurately and efficiently using a standardized process checklist. Conduct thorough multi-point inspections on battery, lights, tires, fluid levels, and filters, then communicate findings to the Service Advisor. Receive repair orders, move vehicles to the service lift with minimal delay, and maintain a clean, organized bay workspace adhering to 5S standards. Operate and inspect all lube equipment including lifts, report supply shortages, and keep every customer vehicle clean and protected with seat covers and floor mats. Participate in daily team huddles to contribute to continuous improvement and follow all safety policies. Full-time position Monday through Friday in Searcy, AR.
Required Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screening
- Must be able to commute to Searcy, AR 72143 (required)
Desired Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience as a technician's helper or apprentice preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
