Lube Technician

Perform express lube duties on vehicles, including oil and filter changes, lubrication of joints (idler arm, steering knuckles, tie rods ends, ball joints), and fluid checks (batteries, tires, windshield fluid, transmission, power steering, coolant). Maintain an organized, safe work area, document hours, follow required safeguards and company core values, and participate in required training. Ensure vehicles are clean and free of fluid residue or fingerprints and accurately report necessary repairs to the service advisor. Adhere to express lube guidelines, install LOF reminder stickers, and uphold CSI standards while adhering to federal, state, local, and company safety rules. Demonstrate basic computer skills for timekeeping and communicate effectively with customers and service personnel. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, basic automotive knowledge, and demonstrable mechanical skills; willingness to perform other duties as assigned and work shifts that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
