Lube Technician

Job Summary
Perform routine maintenance on customer vehicles by changing oil and filters, checking fluid levels, and inspecting belts, hoses, and brakes. Assess and adjust brakes, communicate with the Parts Department for needed components, and inform service advisors of safety concerns. Operate diagnostic equipment and tools safely while keeping the shop area neat. Maintain efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership standards. Requires high school diploma, mechanical troubleshooting skills, valid driver's license, and ability to lift 50 lbs. Full-time Monday through Saturday schedule with paid training, ASE certification reimbursement, and comprehensive health benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Dexterity, excellent hand-eye coordination
- Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Basic computer competencies
- Excellent customer service skills, positive, friendly attitude, with an eagerness to improve
- Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
- Ability to collaborate with other team members effectively
- Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures, and specifications
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods of time
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Job Type: Full-time (Monday thru Saturday)
