Lube Technician

Job Summary
Perform routine maintenance on customer vehicles by changing oil and filters, checking fluid levels, and inspecting belts, hoses, and brakes. Assess and adjust brakes while operating tools safely and communicating with the Parts Department for needed components. Inform service advisors of additional safety concerns regarding customer vehicles and maintain a clean shop area. Requires manual driving ability, valid license, and dexterity to lift 50 lbs. Full-time Monday through Saturday schedule with paid training, ASE reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits including 401(k) matching.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Dexterity, excellent hand-eye coordination
- Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Basic computer competencies
- Excellent customer service skills, positive, friendly attitude, with an eagerness to improve
- Ability to collaborate with other team members effectively
- Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures, and specifications
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods of time
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
Desired Qualifications
- ASE certification is a plus
