Job Summary
Entry-level Lube Technician responsible for learning and applying basic vehicle maintenance tasks (e.g., replacing air/cabin filters, wipers, checking/adjusting fluids, testing/replacing batteries, monitoring tire pressure, and performing visual safety checks) while following company methods for job acceleration and growth. The role includes general center maintenance, training completion, team meetings, and adherence to grooming/uniform standards, with emphasis on safety and customer service. A Driver’s License and basic math/communication skills are required, and training is provided to develop mechanical skills and shop responsibilities.
