Entry-level to skilled Lube Technician responsible for general vehicle maintenance tasks such as replacing air and cabin filters, checking and adjusting fluid levels, servicing and replacing batteries, washing windshields, adjusting tire pressures, and performing visual safety checks. Role includes maintaining shop cleanliness, completing required training, attending team meetings, following grooming and uniform guidelines, and using basic computer/register skills. Emphasis on learning company methods for job acceleration and growth, contributing to the team’s success, and providing excellent customer service with a focus on safety and quality.
