Job Summary
The Lube Technician is an entry-level to skilled automotive role responsible for performing general vehicle maintenance and services. Responsibilities include replacing air and cabin filters, bulbs, and wipers; checking and adjusting under-hood fluid levels; testing, servicing, and replacing batteries; washing windshields and adjusting tire pressure; conducting visual safety checks for leaks; maintaining safety guidelines; completing required training, and performing general center maintenance. Must be able to use a computer/register, follow grooming standards, participate in team meetings, and contribute to a respectful workplace. Provides uniform gear and supports growth within the company.
Required Qualifications
- Driver’s License
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing; Ability to perform basic math.
- Able to safely and properly use mechanical tools without damage to vehicles.
- Demonstrate self-accountability, teamwork, willingness, and ability to learn.
