Job Summary
The Lube Technician role is an entry-level to skill-building position focused on performing a variety of vehicle maintenance services safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include basic maintenance tasks (replacing air and cabin filters, windshield wipers, checking and adjusting fluid levels, servicing batteries, tire pressure checks, windshield cleaning), visual safety checks, maintaining shop cleanliness, completing required training, and adhering to grooming and uniform standards. The employee will learn the company’s methods for job acceleration and growth, work collaboratively with the team, and develop technical/mechanical skills for customer vehicles. A valid driver’s license and basic math/communication skills are required; possession of mechanical tool-use ability and a willingness to learn are also needed. Uniform shirts, jacket, and belt are provided.
