Job Summary
The Lube Technician is an entry-level position responsible for performing basic vehicle maintenance tasks safely and accurately, including replacing air and cabin filters, windshields, adjusting tire pressure, testing and replacing batteries, checking and topping off fluids, performing visual safety checks, and maintaining shop cleanliness. The role emphasizes learning the company methods for job acceleration and growth, adherence to safety guidelines, timely attendance, accurate time records, and contributing to a respectful team environment. Training will cover the company’s procedures; universal uniform shirts, jacket, and belt are provided; basic computer and register usage is expected; strong emphasis on teamwork and customer service.
Required Qualifications
