Job Summary
Entry-level Lube Technician responsible for performing a variety of vehicle services safely and properly, trained in the company method for job acceleration and career growth. Performs general vehicle maintenance tasks (replacing air and cabin filters, windshield wipers, checking/adjusting fluid levels, testing/replacing batteries, washing windshields, checking tire pressure), maintains safety standards, completes time records, and helps with shop maintenance and cleaning. Requires basic computer/register use, good grooming, teamwork, reliability, and willingness to learn; tools and uniform provided.
Required Qualifications
- Driver’s License
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
- Ability to perform basic math
- Able to safely and properly use mechanical tools
- Demonstrate self-accountability, teamwork, willingness, and ability to learn
