Job Summary
Entry-level Lube Technician responsible for performing basic vehicle maintenance and service per the company method, learning and applying techniques to maintain customer vehicles, and supporting the shop team through safe, efficient tasks. Responsibilities include performing general vehicle maintenance such as replacing air and cabin filters, windshield wipers, checking and adjusting under-hood fluid levels, testing and replacing vehicle batteries, washing windshields, adjusting tire pressure, conducting visual safety checks for leaks, maintaining safety guidelines, accurate timekeeping, basic shop maintenance and cleaning, attending required training and team meetings, and adhering to grooming and uniform standards. Skills include ability to use a computer/register, communicate effectively, perform basic math, and safely operate mechanical tools; a driver's license is required and dedication to learning and teamwork is emphasized.
