Job Summary
Lube Technician is an entry-level to skilled automotive role responsible for performing general vehicle maintenance and services safely, following the company’s methods to support team success and the teammate’s career growth. Responsibilities include replacing air and cabin filters, windshield wipers, checking and adjusting under-hood fluid levels, testing and replacing vehicle batteries, washing windshields, maintaining tire pressure, performing visual safety checks for leaks, maintaining safety guidelines, completing required training, contributing to shop maintenance and cleanliness, and using a computer/register. The role requires a Driver’s License and basic math, with emphasis on self-accountability, teamwork, a willingness to learn, and adherence to grooming and uniform standards. Uniform shirts, jacket, and belt are provided.
Required Qualifications
- Driver’s License
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing; Ability to perform basic math.
- Able to safely and properly use mechanical tools without damage to vehicles.
- Demonstrate self-accountability, teamwork, willingness, and ability to learn.
