Job Summary
Automotive Lube Technician at Lithia & Driveway dealership performing vehicle maintenance per dealer and factory standards, including oil and filter changes, and completing vehicle maintenance inspections (tires, brakes, and all fluid levels); communicates repair and maintenance recommendations to the service advisor. Must demonstrate basic mechanical understanding, a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record, and be at least 18 with a high school diploma or equivalent; experience in express/quick lube is preferred. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-service mindset are essential; team-oriented with a commitment to quality service.
