Lube Technician

Job Summary
Perform vehicle maintenance per dealer and factory standards, including basic tasks such as changing engine oil and filters, and complete vehicle maintenance inspections (tires, brakes, fluids). Communicate recommended repairs to the service advisor liaison. Requires basic mechanical understanding; experience in express/quick lube preferred. Ability to operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans with both manual and automatic transmissions. Demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and teamwork to deliver excellent customer service. Must have an acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent
- 18 years or older
- Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile
- Experience as an express/quick lube technician preferred
- Operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans, with ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions
- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
- A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
