Job Summary

Lube Technician at a GMC dealership in Colorado responsible for oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and basic maintenance. Duties include inspecting belts/filters/air levels, diagnosing and repairing vehicle malfunctions, writing service reports/receipts, staying current with factory bulletins, collaborating with parts, road testing for quality, and maintaining tools and a clean work area. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, experience diagnosing/repairing passenger vehicles, knowledge of gas/diesel truck systems, and ability to complete assessments and screenings. Shift is Tue-Fri 8:00am-6:00pm (Sat 8:00am-12:00pm); compensation $17-$21/hour. Closed by default to relocation; open until filled.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License and MVR in good standing
  • Experience diagnosing and repairing passenger automobiles
  • Motivated individual who can work independently
  • Familiarity with gas and diesel truck repair and maintenance including engine repair, transmission repair, drivability and electrical diagnostics, suspension, brake systems
  • Possess complete set of hand tools with rollaway toolbox
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to pass a General Abilities Assessment, background check, physical and drug screen
