Job Summary
A Lube Technician performs vehicle maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. Responsibilities include performing minor maintenance such as oil and filter changes, conducting multipoint inspections including tires, brakes, and fluid levels, communicating repair and maintenance recommendations to the Service Advisor liaison, and maintaining professionalism with customers and coworkers. Working conditions encompass both indoor and outdoor auto shop environments, with a possibility of additional tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Must be able to lift items up to 50-75 lbs.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals and computers.
- Ability to understand and carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
