Service cars step-by-step, provide customer service, manage a team, handle the financial side of the business, and train others. This role requires a positive, friendly attitude, a customer service mentality, and the ability to be a team player. You must enjoy a fast-paced environment, demonstrate high energy, and possess the desire and ability to learn while showing personal responsibility. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, have full body mobility to twist, turn, bend, squat, and navigate stairs, and work on their feet for extended periods with hands above the head.
