Job Summary
Perform automotive preventative services, including oil changes, fluid checks and refills, filter replacements, light and wiper inspections, and other basic vehicle maintenance tasks. Evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate services while providing friendly, professional customer service as a trusted advisor. Learn and maintain knowledge of company products, services, repair procedures, and technology. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment. Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines to ensure the safety of team members and customers. Collaborate with team members to create a positive and supportive workplace.
