Job Summary
Service cars step-by-step, provide customer service, manage a team, handle the financial side of the business, and train others. You will work in a fast-paced environment, lift up to 50 pounds, and maintain full body mobility to twist, turn, bend, squat, and navigate stairs. This role requires working on your feet for extended periods with hands above the head. Valvoline promotes from within, with 90% of Service Center Managers starting as hourly Technicians. Bilingual skills are a plus.
