Job Summary
Lube Technician inspects and services vehicles delivered to the dealer, performs minor repairs or adjustments to place vehicles in saleable condition, tests engine/steering/brakes/transmission, activates power equipment, and installs optional equipment per customer/Dealer specifications. The role emphasizes customer service, mechanical aptitude, safety inspections, OEM certification support, and opportunities for career growth across a nationwide AutoNation network. Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- 6-12 months of previous work experience
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information
- General mechanical skills
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
- Manual dexterity, good judgment and ability to operate power and hand tools and other types of machinery safely
- Ability to operate an automobile
- High school diploma or equivalent
