Job Summary
Provide services to customers following procedures and standards for Signature Service and ancillary services, including draining oil, replacing filters, checking automotive fluids, and entering initial service requests. Assist customers in making decisions for preventive maintenance, make recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines, complete sales transactions, and help with advertising. Maintain a clean facility, comply with OSHA and EPA standards, and follow all policies outlined in the Employee Handbook. Be available to work temporarily at nearby locations while ensuring a safe environment for customers.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer service experience
- Basic computer skills
- Cash handling experience
- Be available to work temporarily at nearby locations
