Job Summary
The Lube Tech position focuses on practicing safety rules, following verbal and written instructions, and the safe use of hand and power tools. Responsibilities include assisting the supervisor, ensuring quality work according to project specifications, and being accountable for tools and materials. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, the ability to utilize diagnostic equipment, and perform repairs on various systems. Teamwork, motivation, and adaptability to changing demands are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to utilize various electronic diagnostic equipment
- Ability to make minor and major repairs to electrical, hydraulic, air conditioning, gasoline and diesel systems
Desired Qualifications
- Fluid Power Society and/or ASE certifications
- A two-year technical, vocational or trade school diploma or degree in auto, truck, and/or heavy equipment
Additional Requirements
- Must work well as part of a team
- Must possess ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Candidate must be highly motivated and customer service driven
