Job Summary
Conduct fluid checks, change oil, and inspect transmission, belts, filters, and air levels on vehicles. Test systems and components for security and functionality, isolate potential issues, and drive vehicles for testing. Repair or replace worn parts before breakdowns occur using power tools, machine tools, and hand tools. Maintain efficiency and accuracy in diagnosing and repairing vehicles while operating electronic diagnostic equipment. Work in a fast-paced environment, lifting 50 pounds and standing for extended periods. Minimum of one year in a service department required with a high school diploma or GED.
