Lube Associate

Job Summary
Greet guests, enter their information into the lube system, and diagnose vehicle needs based on manufacturer recommendations, mileage, and service history. Perform oil changes and additional services using trained procedures, drive vehicles off the conveyor, and dry exteriors while cleaning interiors with high attention to detail. Maintain a clean and safe work area, ensure high-quality results on every guest vehicle, and verify guest satisfaction before they leave. Keep lube and finishing supplies stocked, assist in other carwash areas as needed, and hold signs to attract passing vehicles. Work outdoors in all weather conditions from Wednesday through Tuesday, reporting to work even if shifts are delayed due to inclement weather.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age minimum
- Valid State Driver License
- Valid Cametts Management Company Driver License/Certification
- Be certified to perform Oil Change, additional lube services and finisher job duties by completing and passing the Lube and Finisher training curriculum
- Complete Lube Tech curriculum in LMS to qualify for Lube Bonus payout
- Follow/comply with Mr. Clean/CMC Handbook, Policies, Procedures, Code of Conduct and Appearance/Uniform Standards
- Abide with the No Cell Phone in work areas policy
- Follow all Operational Procedures/Chemical Handling per Safety and Operations Manual
- Maintain good attendance/punctuality practices
- Abide by the Honesty Policy
- Deliver high level of quality assuring guest satisfaction
- Energetic, sense of urgency, bounce in your step
- Flexible work schedule (days, nights, weekends, holidays)
- Update personal contact information when it changes (cell phone, address, etc.)
- Strong Work Ethic
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and seasons (heat of the summer, cold of the winter)
- Be on your feet for extended periods of time/the entire work shift
- Physically able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, step to perform job duties
- Ability to carry up to 50 pounds short distances
Desired Qualifications
- Lube Technician experience
- Local Emissions Certification
- Valid State Driver License (preferred)
