Job Summary
Transport customers, pick up parts and supplies, and operate the company vehicle safely while obeying traffic laws. Perform tire mounting, balancing, rotation, and oil changes at the direction of the Shop Foreman or Store Manager. During service, observe vehicle conditions, document findings using the Multi-point Inspection form, and report safety concerns. Maintain shop cleanliness across the service area, tire racks, and showroom. Follow all safety procedures and report issues to management. Work five days including Saturdays in an environment with moderate noise and exposure to fumes and lubricants.
Required Qualifications
- Possess valid driver's license
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturday's
- Vision sufficient to detect color, depth, and re-focus
Desired Qualifications
- A general understanding of automotive mechanics preferred
