Job Summary
Transport customers to and from their residence or business, pick up parts and supplies from vendors, and operate the company vehicle safely while obeying all traffic laws. Conduct state safety and emission inspections, perform tire mounting, balancing, rotation, and oil changes at the direction of the Shop Foreman or Store Manager. Observe general vehicle conditions during services, document findings using the Multi-point Inspection and Repair Order, and maintain shop cleanliness across the service area, tire racks, and showroom. Report any safety concerns immediately and communicate regularly with customers and shop personnel. Work a minimum of five days including Saturdays in a shop environment with moderate to loud noises and varying temperatures.
Required Qualifications
- Possess valid driver's license
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturday's
- Vision sufficient to detect color, depth, and re-focus
Desired Qualifications
- A general understanding of automotive mechanics preferred
