Job Summary
Conduct oil changes, tire mounting/dismounting, wheel balancing, and rotations while performing multi-point inspections to document vehicle conditions. Safely transport customers and vendors using the company vehicle, picking up parts and supplies as needed. Maintain shop cleanliness across service areas, tire racks, and the showroom. Observe general vehicle conditions during basic services and report safety concerns to management. Follow all safety procedures and physical demands including standing eight hours, lifting up to 70 pounds, and working in varying temperatures. Work a minimum of five days including Saturdays. Join a growing tire service leader with 75 locations across Missouri, Illinois, Kentucky, and NW Arkansas.
Required Qualifications
- Possess valid driver's license
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturday's
- Stand up to eight hours per day in the shop and able to walk to gain access to various areas of the building
- Bend, stoop, kneel and crouch regularly throughout the day; must have full range of motion with arms and hands and be able to feel, handle or finger objects frequently
- Lift and/or move up to 10 pounds regularly, lift and/or move up to 70 pounds frequently
- Communicate with customers and shop personnel
- Vision sufficient to detect color, depth, and re-focus
Desired Qualifications
- A general understanding of automotive mechanics preferred
