Job Summary
Transport customers, pick up parts from vendors, and operate the company vehicle safely while conducting state safety and emission inspections. Perform tire mounting, wheel balancing, rotations, and oil changes under the direction of the Shop Foreman or Store Manager. Observe general vehicle conditions during basic services, document findings using the Multi-point Inspection and Repair Order, and maintain shop cleanliness across the service area, tire racks, and showroom. Report any safety concerns immediately. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to work five days including Saturdays, and physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting up to 70 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Possess valid driver's license
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturday's
- Vision sufficient to detect color, depth, and re-focus
Desired Qualifications
- A general understanding of automotive mechanics preferred
