Job Summary
Perform complete vehicle maintenance inspections covering tires, brakes, and fluid levels, and execute preventive maintenance services like oil changes and tire rotations per manufacturer specifications. Repair and replace tires, swap wearable parts such as bulbs and wipers, and document all repair orders to maintain accurate vehicle history. Comply with part inventory tracking, health, safety, and environmental standards while keeping the work area clean and uniformed. May process new fleet, fuel reclamation, or buy-backs. Requires valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and full-time availability Tuesday through Saturday or Friday through Monday.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and have the ability to lift, carry, push or pull a variety of tools, equipment and materials; and balance, stoop, kneel and crouch (medium duty labor)
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (DUI/DWI)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- Apart from religious observations must have open availability to work the posted schedule (40 hours per week)
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or G.E.D is required
Desired Qualifications
- Previous mechanical experience is preferred
