Job Summary
LTORR Administrative Specialist (Temporary Position) provides primary administrative support for the LTORR Program, handling clerical duties, data entry into ARMS, attendance and sign-in logistics, SharePoint uploads, participant intake prep, and coordination of supplies and transportation. Responsible for maintaining patient records with confidentiality, supporting staff and Veterans in a reentry and recovery environment, and ensuring smooth daily operations and program compliance. Located in Marina, CA with in-person work arrangement; requires strong communication skills, familiarity with data-entry systems, and a California driver’s license; must complete CDCR background clearance (Live Scan).
