Job Summary
Pick and pack decking orders accurately following LTL standards, transfer product to various warehouse locations, and ensure inventory is picked without damage. Build pallets to load decking onto ships, use power tools such as saws and nail guns, and report inventory variances to the control team. Actively participate in LTL shipping improvement projects and DC continuous improvement events while communicating safety issues and operational updates to leadership. Perform picking and packing functions efficiently to maintain low error rates during peak season until August 14, with cross-training available for additional functional areas.
