Job Summary
Receive, audit, and process LTL carrier invoices to ensure accurate billing for customers. Contact carriers when invoices are missing and match reference numbers to shipments. Upload supporting documents including Bills of Lading, Proof of Delivery, and Inspection Certificates. Audit, dispute, and resolve LTL carrier invoices as assigned. Work in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment utilizing strong computer skills and Microsoft Excel. Requires extended periods of sitting and occasional extended hours.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work in a fast paced, multi-tasked environment
- Skilled in both verbal and written communication
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Customer first mentality
- Customer service experience
- LTL invoicing audit experience preferred
- LTL experience preferred
