LTL Carrier Analyst

Analyze carrier spend, rates, and performance data to identify cost-saving opportunities and support strategic decision-making. Support carrier procurement initiatives, including spot quotes, rate benchmarking, carrier evaluations, and full-cycle RFP processes. Review and approve carrier invoices, investigate billing discrepancies and rate variances, and resolve issues with internal and external stakeholders. Maintain accurate carrier rates, tariffs, fuel programs, surcharges, and accessorial information within company systems. Develop reports and insights using analytical tools, including Excel and Power BI, to support leadership and business planning. Participate in audits, special projects, and continuous improvement initiatives related to carrier management and LTL operations. Build and maintain positive relationships with carrier partners and internal stakeholders to support operational and financial objectives.
