Job Summary
Define test plans and roadmaps with key customers consistent with tool capabilities. Develop test content for parametric, cache, or Analog Mixed Signal programs and coordinate validation of results for new products. Document changes to existing test programs and modify conditions for engineering requests. Collaborate with Tester Module engineers to improve operations, debug unexpected test results, and summarize findings. This role supports wafer sort, unit class, burn-in, and parametric testing within the Foundry Technology Development unit.
Required Qualifications
- PhD Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field
- MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field and 3+ years' experience in product development engineering
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience with electrical measurements or circuit analysis
- 2+ years of experience with device design, characterization or instrumentation
- Some programming experience in Unix, C/C++ or Python
