Lead the training and professional development of resident physicians, cultivating a collaborative team environment. Leverage high-end diagnostic equipment and specialized units, including a perinatal station handling 1,000 births annually, to drive clinical excellence. Apply strategic vision and strong communication skills to strengthen the department long-term.
Required Qualifications
