Job Summary
Provide quality nursing and clinical care for elders in Hillcrest Senior Care Communities, including administering prescribed medications, monitoring condition changes, coordinating with physicians, reviewing and updating resident care plans, and executing treatments per facility procedures. Requires active LPN/RN license in Nebraska or a compact state; responsibilities include maintaining skin integrity, adhering to care plans, and focusing on resident well-being for full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN/LPN license in the state of Nebraska or compact state
- LPN or RN license
- Prior nursing experience with elder care/long-term care setting preferred
- Ability to monitor and coordinate care with physicians
- Knowledge of skin care policy and prevention of skin breakdown
- Ability to administer medications timely and accurately
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
