Job Summary
Process and assess applications for foreign vehicle entry schemes, reviewing supporting documents and preparing recommendations for decision-making. Liaise with applicants, stakeholders, and service partners to address operational matters and ensure effective service delivery. Support governance, compliance, and audit activities while preparing operational statistics, management reports, and performance dashboards. Review business processes, contribute to user testing of digital services, and maintain knowledge resources and communication materials.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge in any discipline
- Strong analytical, organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Highly adaptable, able to work both independently and in a team, and multi-task in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Meticulous and detailed-oriented
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant experience in application administration/processing, case management, or related operational roles
- Familiarity with AI tools and their practical application in process improvement, operational efficiency, and workplace productivity
- Good working knowledge in MS Office applications
- Relevant years of experience
