Job Summary
Lead and support the engineering management, maintenance, and design of commuter facilities such as pedestrian bridges, bus/taxi shelters, and related infrastructure. Responsible for preparing tender specifications, supervising inspection/maintenance contracts, ensuring on-site safety, reviewing construction drawings, and advising developers and government agencies on development submissions. Also manage feedback from the public and other stakeholders, maintain GIS map layers and inventory management systems, and leverage data analysis and automation tools to improve operations.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge in Civil/Structural Engineering with Computer Science/ Information Systems/ Geographic Information Science/Geoinformatics knowledge
- Strong interest in technology and data analysis
- Independent, self-motivated and possess good project management and organisational skills
- Good writing, communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant experience in commuter facilities construction, handling of customer feedback, GIS, BIM, productivity and automation tools will be an advantage
