[LTA-RLE&M] SENIOR/EXECUTIVE/PROJECT ENGINEER, ELECTRICAL/MECHANICAL SERVICES

Job Summary
Lead role in managing Building Services Contractors in the construction of underground MRT stations; oversee safety, quality and progress of the Contractors’ works; assist Project Managers in planning and managing cashflows of contracts as well as issuing instructions and assessment of variations/payments/claims; liaise with project teams, civil/electrical interfaces, designers, architects, stakeholders and appointed Railway Operator to ensure well-coordinated projects; requires knowledge in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, strong project management and leadership, good communication/presentation skills, and a team-oriented, analytical approach; able to perform occasional night works including weekends and public holidays; those without working experience are welcome to apply; Singapore Public Service role within infrastructure and public service sectors.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
- Possessing relevant working experience, preferably in large-scale infrastructure projects
- Good appreciation of the constraints and interface requirements of civil, electrical works
- Strong project management and leadership skills with proven track records
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Team player who is analytical, resourceful and result-oriented
- Able to perform occasional night works including weekends and public holidays
