LTA Program Management-Student Assistant (Early Careers)

Job Summary
Student assistant to support the LTA Program Management team in global program management, operational excellence, and change management. Responsibilities include gathering inputs for status reporting and controls tracking, maintaining shared team spaces (SharePoint, Teams), supporting maintenance of the LTA roadmap with milestones and timelines, helping structure sprint cadence documentation and ways of working, contributing to program governance and maturity, facilitating cross-functional communication between LTA and Global Sales, organizing agendas for recurring forums, and performing ad hoc analysis to support process improvements. Working out of the Copenhagen office for 15-20 hours per week with exams-period flexibility. Requirements emphasize being proactive, highly organized, detail-oriented, a strong communicator, a team player, and proficient with Microsoft Office tools and collaboration platforms. English fluency and being in the final semester of a Bachelor's program are required; ability to start a Master's degree after in Denmark is expected.

- Currently in the final semester of Bachelor's with intent to start Master's degree in Denmark, based in Copenhagen
