Job Summary
Lead transport planning for the Land Transport Masterplan (LTMP) in Singapore. Design and supervise public engagement strategies to gather insights for policy formulation, analyze survey results, forecast travel demand, and develop transport improvement proposals with community benefits and economic impact assessment. Collaborate with other government agencies to develop integrated transport-land use plans and provide planning advice on future land use developments. The role emphasizes shaping policy through data-driven analysis, stakeholder insights, and clear written documentation, contributing to an LTMP document and coordinating across agencies.
Required Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in any qualifications, preferably in Town/Urban Planning, Geography, Economics or a related discipline
- At least 3 years of experience in road, rail and/or bus planning and/or policy development
- Experience in land use planning, transport planning and transport modeling simulation techniques
- Excellent communication and writing skills
