Job Summary
EXECUTIVE SURVEYOR / SURVEYOR role within the Singapore Public Service. You will join a survey team handling planning, execution, and finalisation of survey works for Rail and Road projects, coordinating multiple survey contracts (topographical, utilities identification, trial trenches, scan to BIM), and developing templates and standards to improve efficiency. Responsibilities include governance support to delivery officers, ensuring compliance with project standards, enhancing data accessibility, and promoting continuous improvement through transition of pilot initiatives into standard practices. Strong GIS knowledge and ability to structure data for downstream use are valued, along with written and spoken English communications. Required Qualifications
- Knowledge in Land Surveying or Geomatics
- Strong exposure to survey work
- Proficiency in GIS concepts and spatial data handling
- Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills in English
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience with infrastructure project environments (advantageous)

- Exposure to survey workflows and deliverables (topographical surveys, as-built records, survey control, utilities-related survey data)
- Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills in English
- Working knowledge of GIS concepts and spatial data handling

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Experience with infrastructure project environments, digital survey technologies, or data/automation initiatives (advantageous)
- Willingness to complete medical declaration and undergo further assessment if required by shortlist process
